With minimum 5 days notice in advance crew change can take place at berth, anchorage and Off Port Limits (OPL), and we collect the crew members from airport/vessel assisting them safely on board/departure. When necessary we also arrange suitable hotel accommodation / cars, service boat transportation / meals according to requirements. For some particular cases we also carry out crew changes by helicopter.
IRAN WATERWAY are obliged to clear all On and Off signing crew at our local immigrations office, and for which we need in advance all personal details (Name, Surname, Date and Place of Birth, Passport number and expiry date) along with the full trip itinerary. All on- signing/off-signing crew members must have valid transit Visas which will be arrange by our immigration experts.
